- Social - Experiential processes that develop problem solving skills; Interactive processes that improve your leadership abilities; Teamwork exercises that develop your interpersonal skills.

feel comfortable in challenging situations, increase your self
confidence and help you handle criticism and peer pressure better.
Follow Ups
After the program, YES!+ graduates participate in three
Upgrade/Follow-up sessions where you go deeper into the techniques and
discussions, and have an opportunity to apply what you've learned.
