ART Excel for 8 - 13 year olds

ART Excel - All Round Training in Excellence - the Art of Living course for children!

Involves elements of breathing, meditation and yoga and the teaching of core human values such as trust, respect, cooperation, sharing, compassion through fun team games and problem solving activities.

This course has already been welcomed by many schools across North America and Europe. It is relatively new in the UK - but we are a young team of committed teachers who would like to bring this wonderful workshop to schools in this country.

Benefits reported by children who have participated in the past have included, improved concentration and alertness in class, reduced anger and stress, improved sleep and relationships with peers, parents and teachers, the list goes on!

YES! for 14-18 year olds

This fun and challenging course combines innovative breathing techniques, meditation and dynamic yoga exercises with dance and interactive games to relax and sharpen the mind and to tone, strengthen and energise the body. Students that have taken the YES! Course report enhanced memory, concentration and focus in academics and improved interpersonal relationships. YES! has been hugely successful in the US, continental Europe and India where the course has even been offered for academic credit at local schools, including in New York City.

Eternity Process

The Eternity Process removes the negative effects of past lives which can block progress in your current life. The Sessions are one to one, private and completely confidential and last approximately three hours from start to finish.
